Fees and Comissions

Thank you for choosing Benefit Life Corporation. Benefit Life wants its customers to have a clear understanding of the compensation arrangements that arise out of their insurance policy transactions. Except in cases where Benefit Life Corporation has a specific fee agreement to receive compensation from its clients, Benefit Life Corporation customarily receives compensation from insurers for its professional services in the form of commissions, which consist of a percentage of the premium collected by the insurers.

Benefit Life Corporation may also receive additional compensation, under agreements with one or more insurers and/or insurance intermediaries, in the form of commission overrides or based on some combination of volume, profitability or other factors. Benefit Life Corporation may be a party to such agreements with one or more of the insurers or insurance intermediaries with or through Benefit Life Corporation places your insurance.

At your request, Benefit Life Corporation will be pleased to supply further details of any such fee, override or other compensation that relates to your account.
